Disability Advice Network (DAN)
The BB's Disability Advice Network (part of our ongoing work on Equal Opportunities) was set up to support and advise any company or individual on a range of disability issues. If you would like to include children or young people with particular needs or disabilities, then an adviser will be able to suggest some ways of going about this. The advisers will also be able to help with achieving the highest standards of accessibility and good practice in working with disabled young people. Currently we have a number of advisers throughout the Brigade. These advisers have been appointed for their experience and knowledge of disability issues, and for their commitment to improving the access of young people to the BB and all its activities.
